| Avon
Ballfield Rental |
| |
The
Avon field is located at 25 Main Street.
It is used for Baseball and Softball
in the spring (mid-March through the
end of June), and for Soccer during
the fall (mid-August through the end
of October). All other months are
unavailable due to maintenance (seeding
and fertilization). There will be
no golf, lacrosse, dog walking, or
alcohol tolerated. Facilities and
field usage are by permit only, and
must be scheduled through the Recreation
Department. Ordinance No. 9-1988 pursuant
to 39-11 of the Borough Code. All
interested parties must contact Avon
Recreation at 732-502-4517 or avonrec@optonline.net
for availability. |

| Avon
Pavilion Rental |
| |
The
Avon Pavilion is only rented in April,
May, September and October, not between/including
Memorial Day and Labor Day. There
is NO double booking in the same weekend
(Friday through Monday) authorized
– ONE EVENT ONLY. The maximum
capacity cannot exceed 100 according
to fire code regulation. Rental fees
are $275 for residents and $500 for
all others (prices include cleaning
fees). All rental rules, ordinances,
and pricing are strictly enforced.
